Tonight's dinner ... sort of a combination of
Alton Brown's and
Ina Garten's recipes for chicken with 40 cloves of garlic. Joe is not a big garlic fan, so I only used about 20 cloves. He really liked it though and even smeared some of the cooked whole cloves on his toast, so next time I'll use all of it. We'll smell like garlic for a week!
